Our organization proudly supports the girls by providing additional scholarship awards through  talent competition.  Various opportunities are presented during the year for our State participants to demonstrate their talents throughout the state of Georgia.  By giving each young lady an opportunity to expand her own level of creativity, she then grows in her self confidence and self esteem.  A true appreciation of each girl's determination and ability to stand before an audience is not only recognized by our staff, but by the community as well.

2006 State Royalty

This marks the 19th year we have visited the elected officials of our state.
We are honored to be recognized not only by the Governor, but by the Secretary of State, Senators and Congressmen.
Welcome to Miss Georgia Girl (a division of America's National Miss), a nationally recognized  program for girls ages 3-24 who reside in the state of Georgia.  We have been recognized as one of the most respected  programs in the state! By promoting positive attributes in our youth, we help each girl strive to achieve her goals and be the best she can personally be.  Girls who participate in our system are not compared to one another.  They are all individuals and are recognized as such.

Miss Georgia Girl offers numerous opportunities for girls and young women to broaden their personal experiences which will increase their level of confidence and self esteem.  Friendships, close family ties, encouragement from peers and personal growth are qualities desired in our youth today.  We offer support in achieving goals you and your daughter have set.  Modeling, public speaking, talent and scholastic achievement are only a few of the areas we can assist in.  Preparation for other scholarship programs are also encouraged.

We firmly believe in keeping the girls and young women active in our communities.  We participate in parades, volunteer activities such as Special Olympics, Rely For Life, and many others. By collecting can goods and supplies for needy families, we are making a difference and teaching our girls the importance of "giving back" to our communities.

Miss Georgia Girl has a long history of volunteer service, and more than 25 volunteers perform community service each year on behalf of the organization. Since July 2009, our girls have collectively served over 5000 hours.

In his 2002 State of the Union Address, President George W. Bush created the USA Freedom Corps, and called on every American to make a lifelong commitment to volunteer service.  The PRESIDENT’S VOLUNTEER SERVICE AWARD recognizes individuals and families who have answered that call.

America’s volunteers work to make our communities stronger and safer. As a Certifying Organization for the award program, Miss Georgia Girl is proud to be aligned with this prestigious volunteer award, and we are especially proud of our volunteers who have made volunteer service a central part of their lives.

The recipients of the PRESIDENT’S VOLUNTEER SERVICE AWARD are role models for all Americans.  Each volunteer hour contributed makes a difference in improving the quality of life for others, and we encourage everyone to contribute to their community by volunteering.  Volunteers bring us closer together as families, as communities and as a Nation, through their commitment.

Each year our State Queens participate in the writing of our pledge to "Promote Positive Attributes in Georgia's Youth."  They communicate their thoughts of how we can contribute to making the youth of today stronger in our state. This document is presented to the Governor of Georgia, Lieutenant Governor and is also given to the State Superintendent of Schools.

Take this opportunity to join our family and make memories that will last a lifetime. We offer friendships, community involvement, and a sincere interest in helping your daughter give her personal best while striving to achieve her goals in school and life.
Congratulations to the 2020-21 Miss Georgia Girl State Royalty
